Responsibilities
As a Project Facility Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing factory equipment operations and maintenance
- Executing facility-related projects efficiently
- Planning and establishing facility systems, including supervision, commissioning, and acceptance
- Drafting construction specifications and quotations based on departmental needs
- Monitoring and analyzing facility system performance data and suggesting improvements
- Conducting daily inspections, maintenance, and annual overhauls of utility systems
- Handling system abnormalities and maintaining spare parts inventory
- Creating and maintaining equipment maintenance records
- Writing and implementing SOPs for utility systems
- Performing equipment and instrument calibration
- Preparing and verifying validation documents for systems such as air conditioning, air compression, and pure water systems
- Supporting public safety and fire inspection tasks
- Completing additional assignments from supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical and Electronic Maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility systems management
- Strong familiarity with factory systems such as water, electricity, and HVAC
- Experience in factory construction and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Required certification:
- Level B Occupational Safety and Health Management Personnel or
- Class-1 Manager of Occupational Safety and Health Affairs
- Preferred certification:
- Firefighting Management Personnel
