Responsibilities
As a Chemical Operator, your key duties will include:
- Following safety regulations and quality standards during all operations
- Performing daily production activities based on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Handling batch production processes, including raw material preparation and inventory management
- Conducting sampling, testing, and calibration of analytical instruments
- Recording and maintaining accurate production data
- Managing product filling operations, including filter replacement and equipment operation
- Operating cleaning lines for containers and labeling finished products
- Using forklifts to transport finished goods to the warehouse
- Monitoring and operating production systems
- Reporting abnormal production issues to supervisors
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and safety
- Maintaining workplace cleanliness through 5S practices
- Performing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
Requirements
- High school or vocational education or above
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing (chemical plant experience preferred)
- Forklift operation certification required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic English reading ability for system operation
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Experience in equipment maintenance is a plus
