Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all incoming deliveries in the system
- Monitor and account for store-to-store inventory transfers
- Verify completeness of pending and released Return to Vendor (RTV) documents
- Check and maintain proper documentation of RTV releases and bad order (BO) disposals
- Safekeep and secure back-end stamps and important records
- Ensure timely submission of required documents and reports
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 1 year of work experience in clerical tasks such as data entry and inventory handling
