Responsibilities

As a Driver, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and completing delivery orders while verifying invoices for accuracy
  • Inspecting merchandise before and during delivery and obtaining customer sign-off
  • Managing pickups for returns, warranties, and customer cores efficiently
  • Recording deliveries and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Following electronic delivery standards and company procedures
  • Reporting customer concerns or complaints promptly to management
  • Conducting daily vehicle checks, including fluid levels, tire condition, and cleanliness
  • Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Communicating delivery progress or delays with the dispatcher or store manager
  • Assisting with inventory counts and store organization when required
  • Supporting in-store customer service and maintaining a clean workspace

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic physical fitness to handle delivery tasks
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Flexibility to support both delivery and in-store tasks
