Cleaner Job in Canada is a full-time position at Realstar. The Cleaner will keep apartment buildings, common areas, vacant suites, and outdoor areas clean. We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This is a full-time position and requires some weekend work. A typical schedule is 4 days per week and every other weekend. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner

• General cleaning of common areas of the building, including lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and windows.
• Clean amenity areas such as laundry rooms and social rooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop common and amenity areas.
• Thoroughly clean vacant suites, including appliances, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies.
• Perform exterior cleaning duties, including general maintenance of underground garages, parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops. Duties vary by property.
• Pick up loose garbage and debris around the property.
• Report any serious curb appeal, safety, or hazard issues to the Resident Manager.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Work as part of a team and follow directions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
