Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
- Inspect assets before installation and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with customers and subcontractors for installation activities
- Assist in installing cryogenic systems, pipelines, and related equipment
- Conduct testing such as pressure and hydrostatic tests
- Support commissioning and customer training
Maintenance & After-Sales Service
- Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
- Handle customer complaints and provide technical support
- Maintain installation records, job cards, and reports
- Execute after-sales services as per customer commitments
- Ensure equipment reliability and availability
Field Service & Operations
- Respond to emergency breakdowns at customer sites
- Travel as required to provide on-site support
- Troubleshoot tools and system issues
- Provide technical assistance and service reports
Welding & Fabrication
- Perform TIG welding, brazing, and pipe fabrication
- Cut, thread, and assemble pipes using various tools
- Repair piping defects and maintain welding equipment
- Handle fabrication tasks for cryogenic tank systems
- Ensure all operations follow company safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication
- Certified 3rd party welder qualification
- Experience in cryogenic or industrial gas systems
- Ability to travel frequently for field service assignments
- Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning
Skills
- Strong welding and fabrication expertise (TIG, brazing, piping)
- Knowledge of tools, machinery, and equipment maintenance
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy
Desired Knowledge
