Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Worker, your main duties will include:
- Processing returns and coordinating with customer service teams
- Picking and preparing orders accurately from designated locations
- Verifying product details such as codes, quantities, and expiration dates
- Coordinating outbound shipments and arranging pickups with carriers
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet movers, and order pickers
- Using RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Entering and verifying inventory data in warehouse management systems
- Conducting physical inventory counts and cycle checks regularly
- Identifying and reporting discrepancies such as shortages or damages
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving operational issues
- Preparing daily and monthly operational reports

Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse experience (required)
- Forklift operation experience (required)
- Experience with specialized equipment such as reach trucks or turret trucks (preferred)
