Responsibilities
Front Office Operations
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assist with cashiering duties and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Review arrival lists and prepare guest documentation prior to arrival.
- Register guests, issue room keys, and update systems according to hotel standards.
- Recognize VIP and repeat guests, ensuring they receive personalized services and amenities.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
- Maintain and update repeat guest history systems.
- Promote inter-hotel services and in-house facilities to maximize revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage guest mail, messages, and telephone communications.
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of all guest information.
- Monitor in-house credit matters and report discrepancies.
- Alert security or management of suspicious activities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and food and beverage outlets.
- Adhere to fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Attend meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required.
- Maintain professional grooming, hygiene, and appearance standards.
- Report to duty punctually in proper uniform.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Valid language certification in one of the following: Turkish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Indonesian, Malaysian, or Urdu from a recognized institution.
- Certification must be verifiable and approved by government-recognized entities.
- Must be a Saudi national (position strictly open to Saudis only).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
