Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact and ensure efficient office operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing front desk operations in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering incoming calls and handling all incoming and outgoing mail
- Connecting clients, staff, suppliers, and contractors effectively
- Entering and validating orders, invoices, dockets, and subcontractor details into systems
- Assisting with finance-related administrative tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of reception areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen spaces
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or reception role
- Current driver’s licence
- Experience handling switchboard operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Capability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
