Responsibilities
As an Office Coordinator, your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the central support contact for Head Office operations
- Managing office supplies, stationery, and general workplace maintenance
- Coordinating with external contractors for office and store-related needs
- Organizing courier dispatches and distribution to Auckland boutiques
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring office resources are stocked and replenished
- Handling grocery orders and adding thoughtful touches to the office environment
- Planning company events, celebrations, and team engagement activities
- Arranging birthday gifts and flowers for team members
- Supporting the Operations Manager with administrative and coordination tasks
- Assisting the QC team with fault management and supplier communication
- Liaising with suppliers to manage repairs and updates for stores and customers
- Supporting cultural initiatives and contributing to a positive workplace experience
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role
- Ability to work part-time (25–30 hours per week) in an office-based setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
