Position Description:

Division Barber Co is seeking an experienced, senior-level Hairdresser/Barber to join the team on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is a hands-on role. The successful candidate will provide premium haircutting, styling, beard grooming, and shaving services to clients in a fast-paced, high-standard barbershop environment.

Duties

• Perform men’s and unisex haircutting, styling, and grooming services.
• Provide beard trims, shaves, and grooming treatments.
• Deliver high-quality client service and build a loyal client base.
• Keep the work station clean, professional, and well presented.
• Advise clients on suitable hair and grooming products.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser or barber at a senior/stylist level.
• Strong technical skills in modern and classic cutting and styling techniques.
• International work experience is highly regarded.
• Previous management experience is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in at least two languages to support the international client base in the Avalon Beach area.
• An active social media presence is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work full-time on a rotating roster, including weekends.
