Responsibilities

As a Check-in Agent, your key duties will include:

  • Checking in passengers and handling their baggage efficiently
  • Verifying travel documents to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Managing general check-in procedures, including collecting excess baggage fees and selling upgrades
  • Assisting and advising passengers with inquiries and travel-related concerns
  • Supporting passengers during flight disruptions or irregularities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with computers and digital systems
  • Proficiency in English and German (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts between 03:30 and 24:00, including weekends
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the company uniform
  • Flexibility to manage availability using scheduling tools
