Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) and Wastewater Treatment systems
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure maximum system reliability and uptime
- Troubleshoot system issues and respond promptly to operational interruptions
- Execute engineering projects including upgrades, retrofits, expansions, and maintenance
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
- Design and implement water recycling and sustainability initiatives
- Lead control automation projects for system improvements and upgrades
- Identify and implement advanced technologies to improve water, waste, and energy efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in water treatment systems
- Knowledge of Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards
