Responsibilities
As a Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting administrative and departmental operations. Your key duties will include:
- Maintaining proper filing systems for documentation and administrative records
- Updating departmental monthly reports accurately and on time
- Managing staff information, including leave records and updates
- Handling stationery requests and monitoring monthly usage
- Assisting the Head of Department with tasks related to the ERP system
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Possess at least SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any field
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
- Be willing and able to work in Senai, Johor
Skills and Desired Knowledge

- High competency in MS Excel for data handling and reporting
