Responsibilities

As a Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting administrative and departmental operations. Your key duties will include:

  • Maintaining proper filing systems for documentation and administrative records
  • Updating departmental monthly reports accurately and on time
  • Managing staff information, including leave records and updates
  • Handling stationery requests and monitoring monthly usage
  • Assisting the Head of Department with tasks related to the ERP system

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess at least SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in any field
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Be willing and able to work in Senai, Johor
