Responsibilities

As a Stockroom Clerk, you will manage daily stockroom operations and ensure efficient coordination across departments. Your responsibilities include:

  • Performing incoming inspections in accordance with quality procedures
  • Receiving parts and materials into inventory systems
  • Issuing parts and materials to work orders and sales orders
  • Processing incoming and outgoing parts following detailed work instructions
  • Operating a forklift for receiving deliveries and shipping materials
  • Handling and processing rework parts
  • Conducting inventory audits and investigating discrepancies
  • Submitting audit reports to supervisors for approval
  • Completing general administrative tasks to support department efficiency
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all work areas
  • Supporting and developing continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret security clearance
  • Ability to work on-site at CFB Greenwood, Nova Scotia
  • Compliance with all base access requirements
