The Assessment Centre will be held in person in Devonport on 22 October 2026.

What You Will Need to Succeed
- Live in Tasmania.
- Be genuinely interested in starting a career in underground mining.
- Be willing to work 12-hour shifts during both days and nights.
- Hold a current Manual Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Be available to attend the in-person Assessment Centre in Devonport on 22 October 2026.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.
- Be reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Be physically capable of working in an underground mining environment.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance.
