Responsibilities
The Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring packages are delivered safely and efficiently to customers. Responsibilities include loading and organizing the delivery van, planning and navigating delivery routes, and delivering packages accurately and on time. Drivers are required to operate mobile devices for routing and delivery information, follow safety standards while driving, and provide excellent customer service. The role also involves walking through driveways, climbing stairs, and working in different weather conditions while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid Class 5 BC driver’s license. Candidates should be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. They must be comfortable driving a delivery van and working in varying weather conditions. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
