Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged and ready for guest occupancy
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor promptly
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Provide polite, professional, and courteous service to hotel guests
- Work cooperatively with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
