Key Responsibilities
- Pick items from inventory based on pick lists or digital orders for child care programs and partner agencies.
- Carefully pack and secure items, ensuring products are protected for safe transit.
- Verify all orders for accuracy against packing slips before shipment.
- Label packages and prepare shipping documents in compliance with agency standards.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Conduct regular cycle counts and monitor inventory to avoid shortages of key items.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the warehouse area.
- Identify and report any damaged or expired products to a supervisor.
- Support logistics and restocking activities as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Must be able to lift, move, and organize boxes safely.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with inventory or order management systems (an asset).
- Careful handling of sensitive or fragile materials.
