Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for maintaining production quality and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing product assembly according to Work Instructions (WI), QC Flow Charts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Conducting product inspections to ensure adherence to specified quality standards.
- Handling equipment, jigs, and tools safely and properly.
- Recording accurate production and manufacturing information for tracking and reporting.
- Ensuring proper product handling to prevent damage or contamination.
- Reporting defects, abnormalities, or deviations to the supervisor.
- Assisting in yield recording and transferring products within the system.
- Ensuring correct product tagging and proper storage.
- Supporting inventory counting activities as needed.
- Monitoring process risks, 4M changes, and defect trends to support continuous improvement.
