Responsibilities
The Kitchen Technician is responsible for maintaining kitchen engineering equipment and supporting departmental operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining all kitchen machines and equipment in good working condition.
- Performing preventive maintenance on motors and machinery.
- Recording maintenance activities and maintaining detailed machine and motor logs.
- Attending to repair work orders and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintaining lighting in general and kitchen areas.
- Submitting daily diary reports to the Assistant Chief Engineer.
- Attending meetings as assigned by the Assistant Chief Engineer.
- Informing the Assistant Chief Engineer of all departmental activities and incidents.
- Supporting continuous improvement through personal development plans (IDP).
- Carrying out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements

- Technical College qualification or equivalent.
