Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Stock housekeeping carts and ensure cleaning supplies are well maintained.
  • Perform room cleaning tasks including bed making, surface cleaning, and waste removal.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
  • Ensure confidentiality, safety, and professionalism in all work activities.
  • Maintain personal grooming standards and proper uniform appearance.
  • Support team members and complete additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Japan.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules as required by hotel operations.
