Responsibilities
Electronic Archiving
- Organize and segregate company records based on activity
- Perform weekly backups of electronic records
- Scan and digitally archive aged documentation
- Maintain structured, easily retrievable archives
- Dispose of physical records safely after proper approval
Document Control
- Administer document control and management software
- Issue and track Document Change Requests (DCR)
- Distribute updated documents to relevant departments
- Recall and obsolete outdated or superseded documents
- Ensure only the latest approved versions are in circulation
- Support document control automation initiatives
- Assist employees in retrieving required records
Record Keeping & QHSE Support
- Maintain and regularly update QHSE documentation and records
- Ensure documentation meets traceability and compliance standards
- Support internal and external audits
- Assist the QHSE Manager and Engineer with daily activities
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in document control or a related field
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Willingness to work in a factory and office-based environment
- Ability to perform prolonged computer-based and desk work
Skills
- Strong command of the English language
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong overall computer and system-handling skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly
