Key Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough cleaning of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and work areas
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Operate and monitor kitchen equipment, including mixers, following safety procedures
- Sanitize work areas before, during, and after use
- Assist with general kitchen cleanliness and support production tasks as needed
