Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient departmental operations.
  • Support and manage administrative processes related to the Management of Change (MOC) system.
  • Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, prepare presentations, and perform general office support duties.
  • Coordinate and implement MOC procedures in alignment with business unit requirements.
  • Ensure work outputs meet quality, quantity, and timeline standards set by Sasol and the business unit.
  • Use company resources, equipment, time, and infrastructure efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Demonstrate awareness of financial planning, budget control, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Promote and comply with SHER (Safety, Health, Environment, and Risk) standards.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and risk-free working environment.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously review and achieve personal performance goals.

Requirements
