Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces regularly.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste safely and responsibly.
- Restock essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following all safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules to ensure thorough coverage of all areas.
- Maintain a positive attitude and support team members when needed.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and team members.
- Ability to follow safety protocols when handling cleaning tools and chemicals.
- Previous cleaning or custodial experience (2–3 years preferred but not required).
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
- A vehicle with a valid driving licence is an asset.
