Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will play an essential role in supporting residents’ daily lives while creating meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong, lasting relationships with residents and their families
- Providing personalised care by following individual resident care plans
- Delivering care with empathy, dignity, and respect
- Using modern technology, including Ryman’s purpose-built care app, myRyman
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
- Ensuring residents feel safe, valued, and supported every day
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Availability for a full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00am–4:00pm
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- A reliable, professional, and friendly approach to work
- Willingness to work within a team-focused care environment
Previous experience in aged care is welcomed but not essential, as training and support are provided.
