Job Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to airfield operations, ground logistics, and aviation safety
- Provide detailed feedback and corrections to improve accuracy and operational realism
- Ensure AI responses align with FAA and ICAO regulations and compliance standards
- Create, validate, and update training content on runway operations, aircraft movement, weather impacts, and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with ML engineers and content teams to refine annotation standards and data quality
- Identify outdated practices, incorrect assumptions, and operational inconsistencies in AI-generated materials
- Promote best practices in airfield operations and ground safety across all deliverables
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience in airfield operations (e.g., Airfield Operations Specialist, Airport Operations Officer, Ramp Controller, or similar roles)
- Strong understanding of runway safety, aircraft movement control, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with NOTAMs, ARFF coordination, FOD prevention, airfield inspections, and airport operational systems
- Ability to work independently in a structured, remote review environment
- Availability to commit 10–40 hours per week on a full-time contract basis
