Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing and supplier payments.
- Handle accounts payable queries, reconciliations, and transaction reviews.
- Ensure accuracy across financial documentation and payment processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute innovative ideas.
- Take ownership of issues, applying problem-solving skills to resolve them efficiently.
- Support the broader finance team with administrative and financial tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods industries.
- Exposure to inventory-based businesses and overseas suppliers, including China, is advantageous.
