Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Enter and manage weekly payroll timesheets.
- Prepare and process GST and PAYE returns in compliance with financial regulations.
- Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders to ensure accurate payment processing.
- Perform creditor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide backup support for the Assistant Finance Manager when required.
- Assist the reception team when needed, ensuring documentation and paperwork remain accurate and compliant.
- Support financial processes during month-end and year-end reporting periods.
Requirements
- Prior experience in accounts administration, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Familiarity with month-end accounting procedures.
- Ability to process and manage financial data with accuracy and compliance.
- Experience working with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
