Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors warmly and assist them with their needs
  • Answer phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Provide assistance to residents, families, and visitors with general enquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks to support daily village operations
  • Maintain a positive and helpful front-desk environment
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in New Zealand
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm)
  • Professional, reliable, and friendly demeanor
