Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors warmly and assist them with their needs
- Answer phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately
- Provide assistance to residents, families, and visitors with general enquiries
- Perform administrative tasks to support daily village operations
- Maintain a positive and helpful front-desk environment
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm)
