Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchenware using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and appliances.
- Sweep and mop kitchen and dining area floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Manage waste disposal, ensuring proper separation of recyclables and non-recyclables.
- Maintain restroom cleanliness and hygiene for both staff and guests.
- Support kitchen staff in keeping the work environment organized and sanitary.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
