Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Clerk, your main responsibilities will include supporting warehouse operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Order waving and release of pick tickets according to defined priorities.
- Preparing receipt documents and dispatching them to floor staff.
- Reporting daily picked orders and maintaining invoice trackers.
- Uploading SRV and updating records.
- Coordinating with business teams and CSD on order-related queries.
- Communicating with C&F teams regarding shipment-related inquiries.
- Reporting work progress to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Escalating system-related challenges to IT support for resolution.
- Preparing shift handover reports and ensuring daily tasks are completed.
- Supporting the supervisor in managing overtime data, staff leave updates, and resumptions.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Managing or leading a small team as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a warehouse administration role in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan, Infor-Exceed, or SAP.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operations.
- Willingness to work 24-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays if needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
