Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical and organizational tasks, including:
- Managing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
- Assisting with phone and in-person communications
- Supporting the executive team with calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
- Organizing, filing, and maintaining company documentation
- Assisting in coordinating tour operations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently to support team workflow
Requirements
Candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:
- Ability to commute to the job location in Hiroshima
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Proficiency in executive administrative assistance tasks such as scheduling and correspondence
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred
- Familiarity with office software tools (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
