Responsibilities
As a Civil Engineer at WSP, you will engage in a mix of fieldwork, technical analysis, and project support, contributing to high-quality engineering outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Field & Technical Work
- Conduct geotechnical desktop and field investigations
- Manage fieldwork operations while ensuring safety and collecting accurate, high-quality data
- Perform site-based QA/QC activities and monitor construction progress
Design, Reporting & Project Support
- Prepare technical deliverables, reports, specifications, and proposals under supervision
- Assist in project planning, coordination with clients, and contractor management
- Apply engineering methods to solve practical challenges in mining and geotechnical projects
Professional Growth & Collaboration
- Participate in mentoring programs and structured development initiatives
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to improve project outcomes

Requirements
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or related Engineering field
- 2–4 years of experience in civil or geotechnical engineering
- Developing skills in report writing, cost estimation, and proposal preparation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to take feedback and continuously improve technical capability
