Responsibilities
The Project Engineer will support project management and execution by handling technical, administrative, and logistical tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting site visits and measurements, identifying site constraints, and developing equipment layout drawings for customer communication.
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, including contracts and Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Coordinating project schedules and logistics, including meetings, travel arrangements, and venue bookings.
- Monitoring project progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Facilitating communication between internal teams and customers, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
- Entering, updating, and managing project-related data in internal systems accurately.
- Assisting in the preparation of detailed project progress reports.
- Tracking project expenses and budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
- Supporting identification, documentation, and management of project risks and issues.
- Handling basic inquiries and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members.
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Biomedical, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Eligibility to work in Taiwan.
