Responsibilities
As a Hotel Driver, responsibilities include organizing and coordinating concierge transportation services while maintaining the highest service standards:
- Ensuring guests receive safe, comfortable, and efficient transfers
- Actively seeking and responding to guest feedback to improve service quality
- Handling guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintaining a proactive, guest-focused service attitude
- Assisting Concierge operations during peak periods and special events
- Ensuring personal grooming and uniform standards are maintained
- Obeying traffic laws and hotel transportation procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness, security, and operational readiness of hotel vehicles
- Keeping accurate records of transfers, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
- Ensuring licenses, permits, and inspection documents are valid and available
- Staying updated on traffic regulations and operational changes
- Participating in meetings, briefings, and departmental communications
- Supporting hotel sales initiatives and transportation promotions
- Following safety, security, emergency, and health regulations
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Chief Concierge or Management
Requirements
- Ability to perform driving and concierge-related duties to Hilton brand standards
- Valid driving licenses and permits required for hotel transportation operations
- Basic spoken English to meet operational and guest communication needs
- Willingness to work full-time and adapt to changing operational requirements
