Responsibilities

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert plays a key role in maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Delivering guest requests and ensuring timely service support
  • Stocking housekeeping carts and supplies efficiently
  • Performing room cleaning, bed making, and sanitation duties
  • Upholding hotel quality standards and brand guidelines
  • Following all safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality requirements
  • Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times
  • Performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and carrying items up to 50 pounds
  • Completing additional reasonable duties as assigned

Requirements
