Responsibilities
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert plays a key role in maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Delivering guest requests and ensuring timely service support
- Stocking housekeeping carts and supplies efficiently
- Performing room cleaning, bed making, and sanitation duties
- Upholding hotel quality standards and brand guidelines
- Following all safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality requirements
- Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times
- Performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and carrying items up to 50 pounds
- Completing additional reasonable duties as assigned
Requirements
