Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of the Pharmacy Training Team, with responsibilities including:
- Translating marketing strategy into comprehensive training programs for pharmacies
- Designing, developing, and delivering training presentations, content, and learning resources
- Increasing the specialization and scientific alignment of client pharmacies
- Training and developing pharmacy teams to strengthen brand competitiveness
- Conducting national-level digital and in-person group training sessions
- Creating innovative presentations and promotional training initiatives
- Identifying client training needs and gathering feedback to improve training plans
- Measuring satisfaction and proposing continuous improvements
Territory Covered: Galicia, Asturias, León, and Zamora
Residence Location: A Coruña or Asturias
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Licentiate in Science, preferably Pharmacy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to travel within the assigned region
- Permanent (indefinite) contract availability
