Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments and networking fundamentals.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Proficiency in cloud services, collaboration tools, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
