Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Support irrigation, fertilization, and pest control activities
- Help maintain farm equipment, tools, and facilities
- Assist with livestock management tasks when required
- Follow all workplace safety rules and operational procedures
- Keep farm areas clean, organized, and well maintained
- Report any issues or equipment faults to the supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Previous farming or related experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for long periods
- Basic understanding of farming tools and equipment
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to work responsibilities
