Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including floors, counters, and workstations
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
- Clean and maintain kitchen appliances such as fridges, grills, and fryers
- Empty rubbish bins, dispose of waste properly, and manage recycling as required
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with scheduled deep-cleaning tasks
- Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and tidying during and after service
Requirements
- Ability to work full-time on a permanent basis
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods
- Willingness to follow hygiene and food safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Prior kitchen or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required
