Data Entry Clerk Jobs in Dubai. T. Choithrams & Sons is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily sales operations. The role focuses on processing customer orders accurately and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and other internal teams to help the company achieve its sales objectives.

Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders and forward them to the logistics department.
- Create and manage customer debit and credit notes.
- Update the sales team on stock availability, product pricing, and order status.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders.
- Verify customer credit blocks and credit limits before processing orders.
- Receive customer orders via phone and email and issue delivery orders promptly.
- Monitor stock daily, prepare stock reports, and share them with the sales team.
- Follow up on deliveries and coordinate effectively with the sales team.
- Perform additional tasks as required based on operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th grade or equivalent.
- Basic reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
- Knowledge of any additional language is a plus.
- Strong understanding of MS Office, IT tools, and ERP systems.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE (exceptions possible for internal candidates).
