Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all daily warehouse activities and staff performance.
- Oversee inventory control, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including issue vouchers and receipt vouchers.
- Ensure proper use of computerized and bar-coded warehouse systems.
- Implement and maintain ISO quality and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout and resource allocation.
- Lead and train a team of over 30 warehouse employees to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic inventory audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and warehouse safety procedures.
- Experience using computerized inventory systems and bar-coded warehousing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Computer literate and able to generate accurate reports.
