Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual materials, including digital graphics, print collateral, social media visuals, and event branding.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with W Hotels’ global brand standards and W Doha’s distinctive style.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications, Operations, and F&B teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative solutions.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations with compelling visuals.
- Execute production tasks such as image editing, retouching, and file preparation for digital and print.
- Maintain organized design archives and project documentation.
- Stay up to date with design trends and share creative insights with the marketing team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout design, typography, and digital production.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
