Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Restock housekeeping trolleys daily with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Handle all cleaning equipment properly, including vacuums, polishers, and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Ensure all corridors and work areas are tidy, organized, and hazard-free.
- Greet and assist guests courteously, responding promptly to their requests.
- Maintain high hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Follow all hotel policies on fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Attend daily briefings and participate actively in training sessions.

Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and materials.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
