Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, your role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the branch. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring personal hygiene and proper uniform at all times
  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the branch, including floors, walls, and service areas
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors regularly
  • Emptying, cleaning, and sanitizing waste bins and managing refuse disposal
  • Sorting waste and collecting it according to supervisor instructions
  • Cleaning toilets, furniture, equipment, and common areas
  • Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas such as the yard and parking spaces
  • Monitoring and requesting cleaning supplies and equipment when needed
  • Reporting damages or breakages to management
  • Cleaning air conditioning filters weekly
  • Ensuring tables, chairs, and seating areas are well-maintained and in good condition
