Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper, your role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the branch. Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring personal hygiene and proper uniform at all times
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the branch, including floors, walls, and service areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors regularly
- Emptying, cleaning, and sanitizing waste bins and managing refuse disposal
- Sorting waste and collecting it according to supervisor instructions
- Cleaning toilets, furniture, equipment, and common areas
- Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas such as the yard and parking spaces
- Monitoring and requesting cleaning supplies and equipment when needed
- Reporting damages or breakages to management
- Cleaning air conditioning filters weekly
- Ensuring tables, chairs, and seating areas are well-maintained and in good condition
