Responsibilities
As a Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transportation services for hotel guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival
- Opening car doors and escorting guests to the lobby
- Assisting guests during arrival and departure
- Performing driving duties using hotel vehicles such as cars or buses
- Providing accurate information about hotel services and responding to guest inquiries
- Handling guest complaints by reporting them to the manager on duty
- Managing and controlling guests’ car keys responsibly
- Ensuring smooth airport and crew transportation operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of parking areas and key cabinets
- Ensuring proper shift handovers with team members
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Vocational training in hospitality or a related field
- Previous experience in Front Office or transportation services is preferred
- Valid local driving license
- Good knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work in Saudi Arabia
