Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), special instructions, and work guidelines
- Operating machinery in accordance with specifications and quality standards
- Conducting inspections and ensuring quality assurance throughout production processes
- Using precision measurement tools such as microscopes, digital calipers, micrometers, and film thickness gauges
- Encoding production data and performing basic computer-related tasks
- Identifying and troubleshooting process issues to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Following safety protocols, including cleanroom standards and chemical handling procedures
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production operations
Requirements
