Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mattresses and related products using hand and power tools.
- Follow production instructions and ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Participate in training sessions and follow company safety protocols.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
- Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Able to operate or learn to use power and hand tools safely.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime or Saturday shifts as production demands.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Surrey, BC before starting work.
